Le Moulin Vollach

A haven of peace for nature lovers

This extraordinary site is simply the perfect place for a group of friends or families of 10 to 22 people who want to spend a weekend or a longer holiday enjoying authentic, unspoilt countryside, far from the troubles of daily life.

Built in the 16th century by the Counts of Hanau Lichtenberg, Le Moulin Vollach and the entire property with its outbuildings is a little jewel set in the surrounding countryside, at the foot of the Northern Vosges Nature Reserve in Alsace, encircled by two water courses on an undulating 10-hectare estate of forest, pasture and orchard.

Our philosophy

« A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so. »
